Peripera Wholly Deep Ink Brow | #1 Deep Brown

Hi y'all!

A while ago, Peripera has came out with several "ink" range including the well loved Ink Tint. Naturally I'm intrigued to try the Ink Brow because I heard the Ink Tint is truly budge proof. Contrary to the Peri's Ink Tint which features Mari Kim's graphics, the Ink Brow features an owl with bushy brows. 

The packaging design is A+. I love the color combination and the bottle looks fancy af. It comes a giant version of water drop bottle but it's quite different on the inside. I bought it for RM45.90 = $11.59 at Watsons.

The Ink Brow only come in two shades which is disappointing because #1 Dark Brown is not even close to my actual brow hair. I have a sparse but very dark brows so I tend to go for Grey Brown or Black Brown.

Thankfully dark brown is forgivable on my brows though it still look kinda awkward.

The applicator resemble of a nail polish's. It's too thick for my brows so I use an angled eyeliner brush instead. The dropper is not an actual functional dropper, it's just a holder. 

This ink brow is streaky af. When applied with the applicator, it is impossible to get an even distribution as seen from the big swatch. I tried using the angled brush but still, it's a streak mess. However it blends super easily but the pigmentation ends up lighter once it dries up. 

It dries up fast but enough for me to blend it out unlike my NYX brow gel which literally dry up in 5 seconds. It also tend to be patchy when I try to layer the product in an attempt to fill up the sparser area of my brow. 

I've worn this from morning to evening and it does not budge even when I was sweating under the scorching sun. Totally impressed! It can easily be removed with an oil based makeup remover.

Can you see the color difference of my brow with the ink brow? It looks weird so I sometimes fill up the outer corner with the NYX eyebrow cake powder to reduce the color contrast between my outer and inner brow hairs. 

Overall, I love this because it makes my brows routine become faster and its longevity. I was especially disappointed with the shade selection and its streakiness. I've been using this continuously ever since I've bought it and I recommend this to any long time makeup junkie. Beginners? Not so much.

Yet another BB cream review. I couldn't resist the temptation since it was on sale for only RM20! Peripera is a sister brand of Clio. Peripera is somewhat give out the early teen vibes which is why I tend to avoid their products. However Clio is a little bit pricey at my local department store which the sole reason why I almost never buy any Clio items.

Long story short,I finally own this BB cream after eyeing it for quite some time. :)

Hello kitties!

Its been a while isn't it??I was busy with projects and now the water crisis in Kuala Lumpur is getting a bit out of hand.Its so hot and dry nowadays,please pray for a rainy day T__T I left home with a foggy dark cloud of rainy season and welcomed by a freaking hot weather in KL.

I stumbled upon Peripera Spring/Summer Collection in Youtube and i checked their website to know more about the cushion lips.

This cushion lips or cushion tint come in a flat squeeze tube as opposed to the traditional cushion tint where it come in a spherical/roundish squeeze tube.

There are two ways to use this tint either by using it as a lipstick or liptint by doing the gradiation technique.

From the look of it,it dries to matte.

Its interesting that they include orchid/purple shade in this collection as Innisfree and Etude House didn't.

Radiant orchid is definitely a trend on this coming summer.

If i were to buy this tint,i would opt for OR04,PK05 and PK08.

I bought this at Sasa Midvalley like a week ago.I was surprised this Love Fairy collection has successfully reach Malaysia.Kudos to Sasa for bringing more Peripera's latest product,not the same old Mari Kim collaboration product heee.

This collection was introduced back in spring 2013 and its already winter now -___- im so outdated mannn.

☮ Peripera Tint Marker in #1 Plum Stain Review ☮

I was passing by the Peripera shelf in Watsons when I saw this tint marker.Im always awed by its girlish cartoon packaging.The drawing art concept was done by Mari Kim,an artist who also collaborated with 2NE1 for their Hate You promotion.

Peripera Tint Balm #4 Kissable Red

i've been using this tint balm for a while now,only got to do the review now. :)

i cant recall why i choose kissable red instead of the other shade. :P

i love mari kim,in fact the reason why i bought this was because Mari Kim has worked with 2NE1 kekeke.I cannot help but imagine the girl up there is Sandara Park oh well.

texture

its definitely not sticky but it has some glossy effect.The color looks super bold but dont judge a tint by its color (lol?)

My experience

There's nothing special with this balm.I usually use this in compliment with my Peripera Water Tint.It gives my lips more reddish hue,it also prevent my lips from drying up. -3- oh yes dearie,i use this balm every night and i can guarantee you it makes my lips soooo smooth (with plenty of plain water though).

i guess this balm is special after all. :)

hi cupcakes.

i've been so busy with practical class and so forth hence i was unable to update my blog. :/ anyway,its weekend!TGIF!

im back yet with another so-called-makeup entry muehehe in which every makeup enthusiast MUST do that is 'My everyday makeup' or 'my everyday routine' or whatsoever.however this one is my version of everyday makeup which i will be featuring some of my favourite products yay!

so what is this everyday beauty supplies??

its basically just the products that you need/want/have to apply (on your face) everyday.

of course when we're talking about EVERYDAY we want something that is SIMPLE and EASY plus UNDRAMATIC.i think smoky eyeshadow is not suitable for my daily makeup because..it takes time and a lot of maintenance XD but some women do use smoky eyes as their daily routine.that is why this is MY VERSION of makeup.

BUT once a week or once every two week is reasonable to draw a winged eyeliner or put on some colour on your lids (just saying)

anywayyyyy moving on to the real post.

although i have a lot more products,these baby are on the top list.

4.Corn starch loose powder.

i absolutely definitely in love with this products.if you have oily and acne prone skin maybe you can try the BB cream as well as loose powder (click the link).it works well on me and i hope it works on your skin too.

for now i rarely wear any makeup (even BB),except sunblock (because KL is so effing hot) because i have six hours of chemistry practical class.im afraid the product will react with the unfamiliar chemicals in the lab and cause skin irritation :O so NOPE.

DIY - Lips Scrub With Home Ingredients

hello!!!!

im currently at home,which Sabah whewww so happy to be back. ^^ city life can be quite suffocating i must say. *nod nod*

my lips got chappy and it looks so ugly whenever i put on lip tint or lipstick. -.-

THIS is a chappy lips.

anyway,i googled/Youtubed for a home remedy and i think i found one that's really effective (because i tried for myself duh)

 ingredients you'll need are...

• honey
• sugar
• vaseline
• small container
• facial bowl (you can use the ordinary bowl,spoon etc)

 take a tablespoon of sugar (ordinary sugar by the way)

then a tablespoon of honey

pour the honey into the bowl with sugar

then,scoop a plentiful of vaseline

mix well with the sugar and honey.it should look something like this.

transfer into the small container

and voila,your DIY lip scrub!

i applied the lips scrub right away and it feels soapy and heavy on your lips.

scrub your lips,the sugar will work as the exfoliator while the honey and vaseline will moisten your lips.

after that,simply wipe off the scrub with tissues.

after that,use any lip balm of your choice.

in my case it's the peri's tint.

i forgot to take pictures of my before-after lips. -.- sorry guys.

[review] Peripera Water Lip Tint #1 Cherry Juice

i bought this a few days ago and im already falling in love with this tint!

it comes in three different colours #1 Cherry Juice, #2 Pink Juice, #3 Orange Juice.unfortunately there's only #1 in stock that day. u____u i really want #3,im sick of pink lips LOL.

is that running man in the background?? u____u

it costs RM29.90 for 6.5ml which is very very worth it because you need only little amount to appply on your lips.the only reason im interested with this product is because Mari Kim design the art.she worked with 2NE1 and yeahhh..pretty much that's it.I also bought their tint balm which is so-so.i don't really like it but gonna make a review soon!

Le Opinion ;

it produce a very vivid and pretty colour.among tony moly etude and peripera,i like this peri's the most.from the picture,my lips look naturally healthy and unpale :3 it gives you the korean lips you yearn for. on the other hand,it makes my lips dry and a bit chappy.so make sure to scrub off your lips first okay!the staying power is also very satisfying.its my favourite tint so far *nod nod*

oh by the way,you can buy Peripera products from your nearest Watson store. :)

p/s : i notice there's very few of malaysian blogger doing reviews on makeup..or i never know their existence?? :P
