(Update) Etude House Precious Mineral Cover and Bright Fit BB Cream Review

Hello peeps!

My local Etude House store was having a Buy 1 Free 1 event so I ended up buying this BB cream (eventhough I have tons of them already) and the Curl and Fix Mascara. I have watched a video review by Jolse and it says this BB has a matte finish and I was hooked. 

This is probably the simplest concept Etude House has ever came with.

The tube is glossy and thin compared to its sisters. It has this ice princess vibe to it LOL.

It also came in 35g instead of the normal 50g product.

You get less product but seriously, how are you gonna finish THAT much of product anyway. 

Shade - W24 Honey Beige (Darkest shade available)

I actually like the pointed dispenser. It doesn't get too dirty while dispensing the product and it also dispense nicely according to my liking.

To be honest, this is like a fuss free and travel friendly BB cream.

I can tell someone have made an amazing effort with the packaging and presentation of the product.

The overall undertone is yellow with a hint of grey. 

This product claim to "smoothly glides onto skin with its Double Fitting Concealer Technology"

Quick translation; YOU DON'T NEED CONCEALER

True to some extent. I personally think its a fail on my dark circles but on my redness, it covers well. It does glide smoothly on my skin, doesn't tug on or anything but aren't all liquid foundation are?

Its not matte as advertised. I still find it quite dewy for my liking and a tad tacky before setting it with powder (I dislike tacky face). Its lightly scented, synthetic yet fresh. 

I have only tried it for once and I am ALLERGIC to it.

My face got so itchy when I was wearing this. The itchiness concentrates just right above my brows and few other spots on my face.

Its the weirdest thing.

When I removed it at the end of the day, I can see red spots on the itchy area probably due to me scratching it all day long. :(

I tried it yesterday and its actually a semi-matte finish. It is not tacky at all when applied in thin layer. 

I also did not experience any allergic reaction and it actually feels comfortable because it didn't feel heavy on the skin. Personally, now it seems like this one is the best compared to its sisters.

It can look a little bit greyish though, something all Korean BB cream tend to do on my skin.

Yet another BB cream review. I couldn't resist the temptation since it was on sale for only RM20! Peripera is a sister brand of Clio. Peripera is somewhat give out the early teen vibes which is why I tend to avoid their products. However Clio is a little bit pricey at my local department store which the sole reason why I almost never buy any Clio items.

Long story short,I finally own this BB cream after eyeing it for quite some time. :)

Confession Of A Beauty-holic ; Base Makeup

This is yet another post unlike the usual.I wanted to share with you guys my current base makeup collection.Mostly the one that i love the most.I have sold most of my base makeup especially CC creams.They are simply below the par in terms of coverage and longevity.Sad but i think i'll stick with BB creams and BB cushions for now.

This BB cream is one of Etude House's newest addition to their Precious Mineral line.Supposedly this BB cream is the improved version of the Bright Fit BB cream i reviewed here.I've heard so many bloggers praising this BB cream due to its texture and the radiant glow it gives.

For some reason,this BB is more expensive than its sisters (Bright Fit and Cotton Fit).Its retail price is 99.90 MYR = 100 MYR O.O So i bought this from Carousell for only 30 MYR (preloved)

☂ Innisfree Smart Foundation Collection ☂

Hello everyone!

Today,i come across this new foundation by Innisfree when i was watching Pony's makeup tutorial.It is called the Smart Foundation.So i went to Innisfree official website to take a look at this new collection.

This collection include 4 different types of foundation with 3 available shades on each categories.There is also a product called Smart Makeup Blender which helps the foundation to blend easily especially for thick foundations.

The idea of this variety of foundation type is that our skin changes according to the season/weather,so some of us ended throwing away foundations since it doesn't match one's current skin condition.Thus,Innisfree came with this collection which claim to suits all type of skin condition.

Another interesting point is that these foundations come in a small 15ml tube.Since the season pass by quickly,Innisfree use a smaller volume to prevent wastage of product.I can relate to this reason since i never finish up even one tube of my BB cream,i always ended up selling them when i got bored of 'em.I mean i love a 50ml product since i get more content but to finish 5 tubes of 50ml BB cream is nearly impossible LOL.

The price is also very reasonable.Innisfree is selling this 6000 KRW = 19.00 MYR while Kpoptown is also selling this for ~19.90 MYR.So far,only kpoptown started selling this products.

Its been a while since the last time i updated my blog.Im in the broke phase at the moment LOL.But a few days ago i received a parcel from an online shop (which i frequently buy stuffs from).I also received the cosmetics that my friend from Korea bought for me.OMG it was so cheap though i bought a lot of newly released items (New collection tend to be higher in price IMO)

So these items will be as what the title said,i will probably update a review this evening on one of these items.Wait for it! ;)

I've always wanted to try another Skinfood BB cream.The first and last one i've tried was the Skinfood Afternoon Tea BB cream.I love the BB cream but decided to sell it because i got bored out of it.So when i saw Sarah was selling her Peach Sake BB cream,i immediately contact her.

Though we were both busy with exam and assignments,we finally met and she even sent me back to my residential college all the way from the examination hall.Thanks Sarah!

I participated in a contest from MY Etude House Facebook page.It was back in August and we were asked to write down our expectation to the Any Cushion in the comment form.

I expect Any Cushion will have a flawless finish,stays put for at least 3 to 4 hours,travel friendly and buildable coverage to hide my blemishes and pores

Etude House Precious Mineral Sun BB Cream

I've written an entry about my arrived parcel and im eager to make a review on my new BB Cream =3= This BB cream has never been on my wishlist because of its price.However,recently it was on sale so i decided to purchase it out of curiousity.

To be safe,i bought the middle shade, #W13 Natural Beige.

Etude House Precious Mineral Sun BB Cream is suitable for Malaysian since this country is summer all year long :P *be jealous uhuk uhuk* It has SPF 50++,a sponge applicator and comes in a compact tube (35ml).

This is a rather old range it was released during Sandara's era with Shinee.I LOVE DARA!! *fangirling* 

PACKAGING

I am impressed with the new packaging concept.It was made of rigid plastic and rounded on the edge.This is the only unique packaging among all the BB Cream released under the Precious Mineral range.However,its size is much smaller compared to the others.

Initially,i thought the idea of having a sponge applicator was cool.But once i unpack the BB cream,i found out that the content was already pooling inside the cover (check the picture below).I absolutely have no idea how to clean this mess without disposing all the BB cream inside the cover. :'( Maybe this happened due to the difference in the air pressure during the delivery,which is a natural cause so im not really upset.

PILOT TEST

1. my skintone drastically change and its only one layer.
2. my dark circles are still visibile
3. my friend said i look pale/unhealthy lols.i suggest you should wear this with lip balm/tint/blusher
4. it covers minor redness and blemishes
5. its too pricey O___O 108.90 MYR -> at Etude Outlets.
6. i think im traumatized to purchase any BB cream with sponge.
